Welcome to Connect System India!

By accessing our website, engaging with our products, or becoming a channel partner, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Information

The following general conditions apply across all dealings, website use, inquiries, and business interactions:

  • All communications between customers, partners, and Connect System must be professional and documented via email or official portals.
  • We reserve the right to change or update product features, pricing, or specifications without prior notice.
  • Our customer support is available Monday to Saturday, 9.30 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Any escalations must be sent to our escalation email ID.
  • Connect System is not liable for any business loss, inconvenience, or delay caused due to force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters, or transport interruptions.
  • Jurisdiction: All legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court only.

By using our website or engaging in any purchase or partnership activity, you agree to the above terms. These terms are updated periodically, and your continued association will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of any changes.


2. Product Usage and Warranty

Our products are designed for professional environments such as offices, conference rooms, institutions, and residential interiors where clean, safe electrical connectivity is essential.

  • All products are tested and certified for safety and durability. However, improper installation, exposure to moisture beyond defined limits, or forceful usage can void the warranty.
  • Each product carries a 2-year-limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Installation must be carried out by trained personnel or certified electricians.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with a dated invoice and photographs showing the defect. Connect System reserves the right to inspect or collect the defective unit.
  • The warranty excludes damage caused by electrical surges, third-party repairs, physical breakage, or misuse.

Users must follow the provided guidelines for product usage and maintenance. Periodic cleaning and inspection are encouraged to ensure long life. Connect System is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused due to improper handling of the product.


3. Order & Payment Terms

Our ordering and payment structure is built to maintain efficiency and accountability throughout the sales process. The following applies to all B2B and B2C transactions.

  • All orders must be placed in writing through email or the official order form.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment unless a formal credit line is approved.
  • For credit-based orders, invoices are payable within 3 to 4 weeks as agreed in writing. Delays in payments beyond due dates will lose our future relations.
  • Shipping and handling charges will be communicated at the time of order. All dispatches are tracked and insured for safety.
  • Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order. Post-dispatch, no cancellation or refund is permitted unless the product is defective.

We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, UPI, and official digital gateways. Clients are advised to confirm bank details through official channels to avoid fraud. Any mismatch or error must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.


4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to product designs, images, technical data, branding elements, trademarks, text, logos, and marketing material, are the sole property of Connect System India. These are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Any reproduction, replication, resale, modification, or distribution of our content or product designs without written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unauthorized use of our intellectual property.
  • Our logo and trademarks are registered and cannot be used by third parties, including channel partners, without prior permission.
  • Partners and clients may use marketing collaterals or digital content shared by Connect System only for the purposes of promotion under our guidelines.

We believe in innovation and originality. Our product development includes proprietary mechanisms and features, and we expect all stakeholders to respect and support these intellectual assets. Violation of intellectual rights will lead to immediate suspension of business association and possible legal action.


5. Channel Partner Policy

Our Channel Partner Program is designed to create long-term, ethical, and mutually beneficial business relationships. To ensure a fair and consistent experience across markets, the following terms apply:

  • Every channel partner must complete formal onboarding, including verification of credentials, signing of an agreement, and mandatory training on our product line and sales practices.
  • Partners are not allowed to sell competing brands without prior disclosure and approval.
  • Any misuse of brand representation, product misinformation, or false commitments to customers will lead to immediate disqualification from the program.
  • Pricing integrity must be maintained. Selling below MRP or offering unapproved discounts is a violation.
  • Partners must report leads, sales activity, and customer feedback monthly.

Connect System reserves the right to review and modify the policy at any time. Consistent non-performance or breach of trust may result in suspension or blacklisting. We value transparency and provide ongoing support to help channel partners grow within their designated territories.
