Shipping & Delivery Policy


General Information

At Connect System India, we strive to deliver high-quality products in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of goods purchased from us.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. For international deliveries, please contact our sales team at global@connectsystem.in for custom arrangements.

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: 1 to 2 weeks after order confirmation.
  • Custom Orders: This may take 3 to 4 weeks depending on specifications.

Note:- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with reliable logistics partners including DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Transport Agencies to ensure safe and on-time delivery.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Delivery: In Between 3 weeks
  • Express Delivery (Available on request): In Week (charges extra)
  • Transport Dispatch: Available for bulk or B2B orders

Note:- Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹10,000
  • Orders below ₹10,000 may be subject to a flat shipping fee of ₹250–₹500 depending on location and volume.
  • Express or Special Delivery: Calculated based on weight, size, and distance. Will be shared before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking Number
  • Carrier Details
  • Estimated Delivery Date

You can track your order directly via the courier’s website or by contacting our support.

Delivery Terms

  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order.
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact for rescheduling.
  • For heavy goods or customized electrical boxes, ground-floor delivery only is assured. For upper-floor delivery, arrangements must be informed in advance.

Damaged or Lost Goods

  • If goods are damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear images and a description.
  • Claims for lost shipments must be raised within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

10. Bulk and Dealer Orders

  • For bulk orders and channel partners/dealers, dispatch and delivery timelines may be discussed and customized based on the project timeline.
  • Transport charges for heavy goods or customized solutions will be quoted separately.

11. Delivery Documentation

Each delivery will include:

  • Invoice copy
  • Packing list
  • Warranty card (if applicable)

For transport dispatch, an LR copy (Lorry Receipt) will be shared.
